Before I ran BVS, I spent almost 10 years teaching K–12 students and training other teachers. That means breaking complex processes down into clear, repeatable steps isn't just something I do for clients; it's how my brain works and is literally second nature for me.

I come into your VIP Day with templates, systems, and a proven audit process already in my toolkit which means the day itself is all about customizing and installing everything specifically for your business. I've broken SOPs down to their most fundamental level for clients who've been putting this off for years. One focused day is genuinely enough to get your foundation built and your momentum started. We’re not doing it all, we’re just giving you a head start.
What if I don't have any SOPs yet? Am I too far behind?

We'll start by identifying your top 10 most impactful SOPs, fully complete 6 of them, outline the rest, and wrap up with a clear plan for who finishes what and when. You'll leave with a real starting point and a roadmap, not just a to-do list.
I've bought SOP templates before and never used them. How is this different?

How does booking and payment work?
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll select your VIP Day date and pay a $675 deposit to hold it. You'll receive your contract to sign, and your remaining balance is due before your scheduled day. After that, you'll get access to your prep materials and homework so we're both ready to make the most of our time together.
What happens after the VIP Day?
You'll have 3-6 business days while I finalize and polish your deliverables. Then everything lands in your hands — your SOP Bank, your Management Hub, 6 completed SOPs, outlined drafts of additional SOPs, your naming conventions, your template, your chatbot, and a Loom walkthrough video. From there, you have everything you need to keep building.
