How AI is Used at Bohannon Virtual Solutions
Why I’m Writing This
It’s no secret (nor surprise) that AI is a hot topic on the internet and has been for a few years. In a society that is go-go-go all the time, we’re all intrigued by something that makes life easier while getting just as much, or more, done.
Productivity secrets sell, but never work.
Making AI promising as the quick fix we’re all looking for.
And I was no exception to the rule when it came to being drug down the AI rabbit hole.
There for a while, just like everyone else, I was lost and confused about AI and it’s role in my business. I considered myself a late adopter, but when I went in, I went ALL IN.
And my business felt it. Hard.
Trust in me began to decline, even if no one said anything.
And after some intervention from a wonderful coach and business consultant, I realized I was hiding behind the AI because I didn’t think I was as good as other people and I thought it would make me better.
It didn’t.
My content was becoming shit. My confidence was becoming even shittier.
So in late 2025 and early 2026, I redid everything I had created with AI: my sales pages, my website, my lead magnets, my digital downloads, my bios, everything.
AI Use at BVS
I am still using AI, but it is being used much differently now that when I first began using it. I do not use it for matters where my expertise lies; I use it to strengthen areas where I need assistance, especially when it supports my neurodivergence or chronic health issues.
Below you will find my overall AI Transparency Statement for how AI is used within my business, in my own work and with clients, and how it is used on this website in particular.
AI Transparency Statements can be found on most all digital products, both free and paid, now offered by Bohannon Virtual Solutions to explain how AI was used in the creation of that particular product as it is often different for each product. If you come across one that is missing a statement, please let me know and I will take care of it as soon as possible.
My goal with these statements is not to argue the ethical implications behind AI, but rather to expand the conversation about how AI is being used by creators and continue building the trust I want my clients, audience, and network to have in me, my services, and Bohannon Virtual Solutions.
There is a real, human brain behind my brand and I want to be upfront and honest about what is and isn’t being used to supplement that brain when you interact with me and my business.
This page will likely evolve as the ever-changing landscape of AI and technology continues growing and changing around us.

AI Usage in Work For BVS
I often choose to use AI in my business for creating content for my own marketing purposes as well as outlining the main points I want to cover in my digital products. I attempt to use AI sparingly and am always careful to fact check anything new it tells me, run checks against any names it may suggest, and keep an open mind that AI is not only OFTEN wrong, but not the expert on my business or my audience. I have the mindset that AI is a tool that guides me to my own truth and does not produce the truth itself. All AI outputs are heavily changed to reflect my own beliefs and expertise as well as my brand voice and messaging.
AI Usage in Blog Posts, Digital Products, Emails, My Website, and Other Marketing Content
I use AI to assist me in planning my content and marketing. I have a strong tendency to go off on tangents and using AI to outline anything I plan to write before I begin writing helps me to stay on track and map out the headlines I want to include for each piece of content I plan.
I tell Claude my topic, any main keywords (if applicable), two secondary keywords, who my audience is, what action I want them to take, links to any of my other relevant content or blog posts, and explain my point of view on the topic very briefly. Claude then gives me a list of suggested titles and headings (h2s, h3s, and h4s). I then narrow those down to the most specific and on-point topics to be included in the final version of the blog before re-writing the headings in my own voice and in a way I think my audience will most engage.
I then write my blog posts myself and have Claude review what I wrote for major spelling mistakes and areas where I may have lost clarity. My goal is to make sure I completely talk about the topic. If Claude recommends changes, I have it tell me where things are unclear and give questions or prompts for me to consider in order to improve the content without re-writing anything for me. I ask it to never re-write my words or give me words, only things to consider.
In general, AI is used in content creation and marketing at Bohannon Virtual Solutions. Our team used AI to brainstorm titles for this digital download, main topics to include, and outlines for each page. Our team then took the information given by AI and tweaked the output until they were happy with the outcome. All content outside of the headers represents the knowledge and ideas of the Bohannon Virtual Solutions Team.
