What Roadmap Building Looks Like
Step 1: Fill Out Your Intake Form
Right after you book your call, you’ll be redirected to an intake form. It’s a handful of questions to fill out before joining our call so I am more prepared for what your questions are, possible solutions, and where your mind is already at in the process.
Step 2: Your 60-Minute Roadmap Session Call
During our call, we will spend a few minutes getting to know each other before jumping right in. We will start by being clear about where your business is now, where you want to be, and what’s in the way.
Then we’ll talk through what your capacity looks like, what changes you’re are and are not willing to make, and begin devising a solution in the form of a roadmap.
Step 3: Receive Your Roadmap
Within 48 hours of our call, I’ll send you both a visual roadmap and a written plan based on our discussion and decisions. You’ll have a clear, actionable 90-day plan built just for you and your business with a recording of our session for you to review at any time.
