  2. Agree to book an complete your VIP Day by 3/31/26.

  3. Agree to provide feedback on your experience (written or video) which I may use as testimonials for this sales page (in which case I’ll provide a backlink) and which will be used to help me improve this offer.

  • I’ll audit the SOPs you do have, the ones you don’t have, and determine which 10 will make the biggest moves in your business.

  • For 5 hours, you have my undivided attention. We will have times to meet throughout the day AND I will add you on Voxer for the day so we can discuss your strategy for creating and maintaining your SOPs.

    Here is the exact schedule for our day:
    9:00-9:30 – MEET TOGETHER Set Intentions & Goals for Day

    9:30-11:00 – MEET TOGETHER create your custom template; co-working on Whereby; I work on SOPs, you’re there to answer my Qs; I get an outline of 10 SOPs done (includes the 3 I will personalize). 

    11:00-12:30 – Lunch Break

    12:30-12:45 – MEET TOGETHER Check-In & Re-Align (are we on track?) 

    12:45-3:30 – One of my VAs and I work on your SOPs. ASYNCHRONOUSLY

    3:30-4:00 – MEET TOGETHER Wrap-Up & Next Steps

  • One of my VAs and I will use my template that we tweaked for your business to write 6 of the 10 SOPs I identified during my audit.

    You’ll provide a Loom video, we’ll write them out fully!

  • My VA and I will take your list of 10 and outline or partially draft the remaining 4 SOPs. We’ll add in a few add extra, especially if there are any we notice might be helpful throughout the day.

    This is a HUGE jumpstart on getting these done!

  • I’ll install your choice of an Airtable, ClickUp, or Google Drive SOP Bank, organize it based on my audit findings, and put any SOPs we create during your VIP Day in your bank so you see real-life implementation.

  • I’ll also install my SOP Management Hub in your choice of Airtable or ClickUp. I’ll then take my template and add some customizations based on the audit I complete and our conversation on your VIP Day.

  • In addition to everything above, I’ll throw in:

    • A guide for naming conventions for your SOPs, your SOP Bank, and your SOP Hub

    • A folder structure chart for your SOP Bank

    • A copy of the SOP template we use during the VIP Day

    • An SOP for how to use your SOP Bank & Management Hub (yes, you really need this as weird as it sounds)

    AND

    • My new SOP Chatbot that will create the SOPs for you using my template with only the transcript from the video you already have to create.
